• We cut these profiles by CNC water-jet cutting technology and we can cut profiles as per your AutoCAD drawing.
• Water-jet cutting is a cold cutting process where abrasives mixed with the water-jet cuts by micro erosion process. Since it is a cold cutting process, the materials cut are not subjected to heating. Hence this cutting process is does not induce heat affected zone as it is with oxyfuel, plasma and laser cutting.
• Any metal or nonmetals and composite materials in plate or sheet form upto 200 mm can be cut by our water-jet profile-cutting machine.
• Most commonly cut materials are plates and sheets made up of stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, brass, nylon and polyurethene, inconel rods and many composites like hylam sheets, fibreglass and many many more types of materials inclusive of marble slabs, vitified tiles and granites, galss sheets etc.
